The Tax Agency of Galicia publishes the provisional list for the specific competition

The Department of Finance and Public Administration approved, by resolution of August 28, 2026, the provisional list of persons admitted and excluded from the specific competition for the provision of vacant job positions in the Tax Agency of Galicia. The list was published in the Official Gazette of Galicia (DOG no. 170, of September 8, 2026, pp. 48286-48288), with the official reference CVE-DOG: yu0cfwn8-f4w6-2zg0-5ep3-r1x5jza9pkr6.

The competition was convened by the same department through the Resolution of May 12, 2026 (DOG no. 92, of May 20). The fourth base of the call establishes that, once the deadline for submitting applications has expired, the Evaluation Commission verifies that the applicants meet the required requirements and conditions and prepares the proposal for the provisional list, which is published in the DOG and on the department’s corporate web portal.

Proposal of the Evaluation Commission

The Evaluation Commission, regulated in the seventh base of the call, prepared the proposal for the provisional list dated August 10, 2026. The final approval corresponded to the General Technical and Treasury Secretariat, in the exercise of the powers delegated by virtue of article 1.g) of the Order of December 15, 2021 (DOG no. 246, of December 24). The resolution is signed by David Cabañó Fernández, general technical and treasury secretary of the department.

Admitted persons

The provisional list of admitted persons appears in Annex I of the resolution and includes a total of 16 candidates:

Excluded person and amendment period

Annex II contains the provisional list of excluded persons, which in this case includes a single candidate:

• Sandra Bueno Rey, excluded because the application submitted does not refer to any of the positions included in Annex I of the call.

In accordance with the fourth basis, excluded applicants have a period of ten (10) business days, counted from the day following the publication of this resolution in the DOG, to remedy, if applicable, the defect that led to the exclusion. The claim must be addressed to the Personnel Service of the Ministry of Finance and Public Administration and may be submitted through any of the forms established in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the common administrative procedure. The approval or rejection of the requests for amendment shall be understood as implicit in the resolution by which the final list is published.

This publication constitutes a key step in the selection process, as it determines who can continue in the competition and opens the door to the final resolution, which will directly affect the filling of the vacant positions in the Tax Agency of Galicia.
